One sachet of Lecker's Bourbon Vanilla Sugar is enough for cakes using 500 g of flour or sweets and drinks using 0.5 l of liquid.
The ingredients matter :
The Bourbon vanilla fruit belongs to the orchid family, and is one of the very finest seasonings. The special taste comes from the large number of aromatic substances naturally occurring in the vailla pod. Vanillin in particular helps to give Bourbon Vanilla Sugar its unmistakable taste.
