  The Lecker's tip
Use a pre-prepared dough for your baking. The dough develops faster, giving your baking an even better taste.
Pre-Prepared dough from 500 g of flour: Mix 100 g of flour with
9 g of yeast, then add 100 g of warm water. Leave to stand for
1-2 hours, and then knead in the remaining ingredients.

Bioreal Dry Yeast
Do it naturally .
Conventional yeast is cultivated with the aid of ammonia, synthetic vitamins, sulhpur and phosphoric acid. Bioreal organic yeast is just as versatile in your kitchen, but much kinder on the environment:

  • selected strains of yeast and lactic acid bacteria cultures are cultivated on a nutrient solution of organic cereals, pure spring water and enzymes
  • all micro-organisms and raw materials used are guaranteed GVO-free
  • no chemically-produced raw materials are used in the further production process

 
 

The benefits for you :
One sachet of Lecker's Dry Yeast corresponds to ½ cube of fresh yeast for 500 g of flour.
Mix the active yeast with the flour before mixing in the warm liquid.
