Liability exclusion
1. The pictures, texts and/or graphical design on the website are protected under copyright law. The copyright for published, self-created objects remains solely with BioThek GmbH. No part of the contents of this website, this applies in particular for graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts, may be reproduced in other electronic or printed publications without the written consent of BioThek GmbH.
2. BioThek GmbH assumes no guarantee whatsoever for the quality, actuality, completeness or correctness of the provided information. Liability claims asserted against BioThek GmbH which refer to damages of a material or ideal kind, which were caused through the use or non-use of the offered information or through the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are principally excluded insofar as BioThek GmbH is not as proven guilty of any wilful intent.
